The project is led by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), Transcrime, the Joint Research Centre on Innovation and Crime at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Transcrime-UCSC), and the Global Forum for Media Development (GFMD).
